He brings three years of experience from the marketing industry and previously founded Smartblasts, a growth-focused marketing agency. At Outsourcelab, Ian is responsible for shaping sales strategy, guiding client relationships from first contact through onboarding, and ensuring a strong alignment between client needs and the company’s solutions.
